We recently purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition from Aaron at Nissan of Cape Coral about a month ago, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Aaron was professional, patient, and truly made the process easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with every step and that we got a great deal. We were so happy with how everything went that we’re heading back tomorrow to buy a 2021 Ford F-150 from him! It’s rare to find a salesperson you genuinely trust, but Aaron has definitely earned our loyalty. From the time we entered the showroom until we happily drove away in our new 2026 Nissan Rogue, we found great people who were honestly interested in our needs. From the selection of the model with the available options to the generous and fair trade-in offer and the quicker than expected written financing presentation, we felt valued and appreciated as customers. Everyone we encountered during this process made the whole experience painless and smooth. Our satisfaction with our purchase process did not end there. New cars come with many “Tech” features that can be overwhelming to us “old folks”. Our dynamic duo sales team (Aaron Kniffin and Kyle Williams) took the time to provide an introductory ‘’training session”. 5/8/2026.... I want to thank Raphael for tracking down a Rogue that checks almost all the boxes for what I wanted in my next vehicle. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. This is my 4th Rogue in 6 years, and I’ve worked with Nissan of Cape Coral for all four. Nothing wrong with any of them — I just like something new. Shout‑out to Danny for his help as well, and to the manager, Anthony, for coming over to meet me. I visited this dealership ready to purchase a vehicle and expected a professional, straightforward experience. I met with the General Manager, and we reached a handshake agreement on the price. Based on that discussion, I was prepared to move forward with the purchase. However, after speaking with the finance manager, he returned visibly upset and suddenly increased the agreed offer by $1,500. His attitude changed completely, and the interaction felt manipulative, unprofessional, and dishonest. What disappointed me most was that this behavior came from the General Manager, who should be setting the standard for customer service and integrity. Instead of treating a serious buyer with respect, he chose to play games and let a ready customer walk out the door. This was my first visit to the dealership, and because of this experience, it will also be my last. I hope ownership reviews how customers are treated and understands that trust an Update to my original review: After my original review, Blake, the General Manager at Nissan of Cape Coral, personally responded and became involved in resolving my concerns. I want to clarify that Blake was not the individual who mistreated me during my visit. It was a sales manager whose name I unfortunately do not know. I appreciate that Blake took the time to contact me directly and work toward correcting the situation. He also offered to hold a 2026 Nissan Sentra with under 10,000 miles for me and stated he would make me an offer that would restore my confidence in doing business with the dealership. I am currently waiting for his follow-up call and hopeful he will prove to be a man of his word. I also apologize to Blake for any misunderstanding in my original review regarding who was responsible for my negative experience. That said, I still believe management should address how customers are treated during the sales process. If Blake follows through on everything discussed, including helping me purchase the Sentra under fair terms, then in my opinion it would say a lot about his leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am also having my Altima inspected tomorrow and hope all promised repairs and work were completed properly since Blake personally became involved. **Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.
