2025: Cape Coral Nissan has gone above and beyond this year. Michael is our go-to service advisor. Friendly, professional and communicative. He has taken care of our service needs at the highest level and we trust him and the service team. Cody was also extremely helpful in our recent trade-in and purchase for our upgraded Rogue Platinum! The promotional offers were honored without question, and he provided white glove service when it came down to test driving and contracting. He really made it a wonderful experience. Bottom line - The dream team is here! 2023: Excellent customer service and buying experience at Sutherland Cape Coral. Brandon greeted me and my husband outside and asked us about our wishlist. We test drove one car that checked all the boxes. Brandon showed us all the new features and helped us set up the Nissan app. Very friendly, informative and upfront with pricing including great deal on our trade-in. We highly recommend asking for Brandon if you’re looking for your new vehicle or dream car! Also, shout out to Ray and Dustin for helping us close out the deal with financing and pricing! We had a great car-buying experience today at the Nissan Cape Coral dealership with Cody Thompson. He was Johnny-on-the-spot right from the beginning. We had been looking around for a while, gearing toward downsizing from our premium Buick Enclave, which had served us well for over 10 years. We went into the dealership just to look at the Buick Envision not even expecting the dealership to be open let alone walking out with a new car! Cody worked closely with us, listened carefully, and helped us reach an agreement that met our exact expectations. Great job, Cody! Cody the salesman was as helpful as he can be he sold me my last vehicle as well, he was patient and understanding to my needs and budget. I did my finances with Raymond and he was also a very nice man, he listened and guided me in the right direction. 5/8/2026.... I want to thank Raphael for tracking down a Rogue that checks almost all the boxes for what I wanted in my next vehicle. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. This is my 4th Rogue in 6 years, and I’ve worked with Nissan of Cape Coral for all four. Nothing wrong with any of them — I just like something new. Shout‑out to Danny for his help as well, and to the manager, Anthony, for coming over to meet me. I visited this dealership ready to purchase a vehicle and expected a professional, straightforward experience. I met with the General Manager, and we reached a handshake agreement on the price. Based on that discussion, I was prepared to move forward with the purchase. However, after speaking with the finance manager, he returned visibly upset and suddenly increased the agreed offer by $1,500. His attitude changed completely, and the interaction felt manipulative, unprofessional, and dishonest. What disappointed me most was that this behavior came from the General Manager, who should be setting the standard for customer service and integrity. Instead of treating a serious buyer with respect, he chose to play games and let a ready customer walk out the door. This was my first visit to the dealership, and because of this experience, it will also be my last. I hope ownership reviews how customers are treated and understands that trust an Update to my original review: After my original review, Blake, the General Manager at Nissan of Cape Coral, personally responded and became involved in resolving my concerns. I want to clarify that Blake was not the individual who mistreated me during my visit. It was a sales manager whose name I unfortunately do not know. I appreciate that Blake took the time to contact me directly and work toward correcting the situation. He also offered to hold a 2026 Nissan Sentra with under 10,000 miles for me and stated he would make me an offer that would restore my confidence in doing business with the dealership. I am currently waiting for his follow-up call and hopeful he will prove to be a man of his word. I also apologize to Blake for any misunderstanding in my original review regarding who was responsible for my negative experience. That said, I still believe management should address how customers are treated during the sales process. If Blake follows through on everything discussed, including helping me purchase the Sentra under fair terms, then in my opinion it would say a lot about his leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am also having my Altima inspected tomorrow and hope all promised repairs and work were completed properly since Blake personally became involved. Thank you, Blake, for stepping in and handling this like a good General Manager should. d professionalism matter just as much as price.

I had an amazing experience today, I drove all the way from Naples to check this car out, I had been looking all over the place for a brand new Nissan Z. Thankfully I had Juliette Arias and Oscar Suarez helping me in this process. When it came down to breaking everything down for me to understand perfectly they did an amazing job. Everyone at the dealer was so friendly. The service department was exceptional. While I was waiting on my vehicle to get serviced, one of the salesmen asked if they could get me a complimentary coffee or water. My service was done within the time the service guy told me. I will return for all my services!

I just purchased a used 2021 BMW 530i M Sport from Nissan of Cape Coral, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the process felt smooth and professional. My salesman, Kyle Williams, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, and genuinely seemed focused on helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly for the market. Kyle made the test drive and decision process easy, and I appreciated how transparent he was throughout. When it came time for financing, Corey, the finance manager, was equally great to work with. He explained everything clearly, walked me through my options without any pressure, and made sure I understood all the details before signing. The paperwork process was efficient and straightforward, which made the final steps stress-free. **Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.
