I recently brought my GT-R into Nissan of Cape Coral for an oil change, and the experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish. I’m extremely selective about who works on my GT-R, and the team here completely earned my trust. Ben, the GT-R tech, was outstanding. You can tell he knows these cars inside and out and takes real pride in his work. Garrett in service was equally impressive. Professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on customer service. Both of them were a class act. One thing I really appreciated was the setup of the shop itself. Being able to watch your vehicle being worked on through the glass partition is a really cool feature and gives a lot of reassurance as an owner, especially with a specialty car like a GT-R. What made the experience even better was how fair and transparent they were with pricing. Another local Nissan dealership tried to seriously overcharge me, but Nissan Cape Coral treated me honestly and gave me a fair price without any games. Excellent service, professionalism, transparency, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended if you care about your car and want it treated the right way.

5/8/2026.... I want to thank Raphael for tracking down a Rogue that checks almost all the boxes for what I wanted in my next vehicle. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. This is my 4th Rogue in 6 years, and I’ve worked with Nissan of Cape Coral for all four. Nothing wrong with any of them — I just like something new. Shout‑out to Danny for his help as well, and to the manager, Anthony, for coming over to meet me. Kudos to Nacho in finance for navigating a brand‑new computer system with patience and professionalism. I visited this dealership ready to purchase a vehicle and expected a professional, straightforward experience. I met with the General Manager, and we reached a handshake agreement on the price. Based on that discussion, I was prepared to move forward with the purchase. However, after speaking with the finance manager, he returned visibly upset and suddenly increased the agreed offer by $1,500. His attitude changed completely, and the interaction felt manipulative, unprofessional, and dishonest. What disappointed me most was that this behavior came from the General Manager, who should be setting the standard for customer service and integrity. Instead of treating a serious buyer with respect, he chose to play games and let a ready customer walk out the door. This was my first visit to the dealership, and because of this experience, it will also be my last. I hope ownership reviews how customers are treated and understands that trust an Update to my original review: After my original review, Blake, the General Manager at Nissan of Cape Coral, personally responded and became involved in resolving my concerns. I want to clarify that Blake was not the individual who mistreated me during my visit. It was a sales manager whose name I unfortunately do not know. I appreciate that Blake took the time to contact me directly and work toward correcting the situation. He also offered to hold a 2026 Nissan Sentra with under 10,000 miles for me and stated he would make me an offer that would restore my confidence in doing business with the dealership. I am currently waiting for his follow-up call and hopeful he will prove to be a man of his word. I also apologize to Blake for any misunderstanding in my original review regarding who was responsible for my negative experience. That said, I still believe management should address how customers are treated during the sales process. If Blake follows through on everything discussed, including helping me purchase the Sentra under fair terms, then in my opinion it would say a lot about his leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am also having my Altima inspected tomorrow and hope all promised repairs and work were completed properly since Blake personally became involved. Thank you, Blake, for stepping in and handling this like a good General Manager should. d professionalism matter just as much as price.

I just purchased a used 2021 BMW 530i M Sport from Nissan of Cape Coral, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the process felt smooth and professional. **Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.

We stopped into the dealership just to test drive vehicles. Michael met us with great energy and politeness. He was not overbearing, but also wanted to make sure I knew what I wanted. We ended up being at another dealership several weeks later. But I had a relationship with Michael before and I immediately called him up on the phone and he without question beat the other dealerships prices and even then some. The whole team at the dealership were awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people or better dealership to buy with.

After having my Nissan serviced for many years at Nissan of Fort Myers, I began taking it to Nissan of Cape Coral when Sutherlin sold the Fort Myers dealership and no longer offered waiter service. I am so glad I changed. Service Advisor Michael Landis is top-notch and five stars in every capacity from friendly professionalism to effective communication. It's more than worth the drive for me.

Just because a NISSAN dealership couldn’t properly diagnose a DODGE doesn’t make them a one star dealership. People are quick to judge based on one review, but you rarely get the full story. I can almost guarantee this team did everything they could to help. Sometimes a vehicle needs brand specific expertise, and that doesn’t mean the staff didn’t try their hardest. There’s always another side to the story before writing off an entire dealership over a single experience.

Trustworthy dealership! Dont believe all the 1 star reviews here, in fact, if you pay attention, they are all done the same day, so it is a disgruntled customer who has looped in his friends to all make 1 star reviews. Some of them didn't even get the name of the general manager correct. This place is always clean. The employees are always friendly. Michael L. in Service is my go to. He is knowledgeable and honest. He returns calls when he says he will. I will always bring my vehicle back to this dealership!

I went into the dealership to get my daughter’s car serviced for the first time . I was under the impression she had a free oil change . The service department checked and said no they did not see any notes and gave me a discount instead.Mr. Rivas was so kind to do this . I was still frustrated and wrote a rude review on the sales man . Well I should not of jumped so quick to put him down . He fixed the problem and refunded me the money .Honored the oil change . Can I tell you how kind this man was on the phone and he said he wished he was called ,cause he was off that day . Lesson learned slow down and wait before I make a bad review . Especially on a good man like Aaron. My daughter told me what a kind salesperson he was and she was right .

This is my THIRD vehicle trade in at Cape Coral Nissan. I primarily worked with John "Rocket" Jolly and this dude was a perfect match for my style. He was personable, acknowledged and understood my needs in a vehicle and what I was trying to accomplish financially. No real pressure, no B.S. and was advocating for ME, as a customer, rather than his commission. I am an old sales dude and I HATE being sold TO. I want a sales dude/ dudette that listens to what I want and any concerns that I may have and this young man did just that. I went in just two weeks prior and could not come to a deal. He told me he would keep an eye out for future possibilities and called me the morning he had something figured out; nearly two weeks to the day after our last conversation. The dealership had him partnered with another rep who was trying to upgrade me, but John stayed by my side and pressed for more of what I was looking for. After only 3 hours or so of looking at Frontier models and arduous (yet fun) negotiations, we did manage to come to a deal that was perfect for me. I got a new truck that had ALL of my "wants," and a handful of "would be nice to haves," and a couple of "one day, I'll be able to afford these" features and add-ons for a better than acceptable price. My negotiations opponent was a worthy adversary. That said, They did respect my time, energy, and my willingness to be a repeat customer. "Rocket" was my man through the entire process and I will tell you this, if you want a car sales guy that won't pander, BS, or do that patronizing fake sales dude routine, THIS IS YOUR GUY. I like dealing with people I can trust. Went from a 2025 Frontier SV King Cab (without many features) to 2026 Frontier Crew Cab (with almost everything!) For reference; My 2025 king cab didn't have motorized mirror adjustment thing, I had to reach across the seat with my widow squeegee to adjust mirrors and for some reason this just really annoyed me. I mean WHAT vehicle after 2000 DOESN'T have this simple feature????
