I had an amazing experience yesterday, I drove all the way from Naples to check this car out, I had been looking all over the place for a brand new Nissan Z. Thankfully I had Juliette Arias and Oscar Suarez helping me in this process. When it came down to breaking everything down for me to understand perfectly they did an amazing job. Thanks to them, I was able to trade my car in for an amazing price and I was able to get my hands on this brand new Nissan Z. I drove on to the lot to look at a frontier pick up. Kyle came out right away and asked if I had any questions. Kyle was very helpful and answered all my questions and worked hard to make the deal work out. We ended up staying there most of the afternoon, but ended up driving home with a new frontier pick up. I recently brought my GT-R into Nissan of Cape Coral for an oil change, and the experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish. I’m extremely selective about who works on my GT-R, and the team here completely earned my trust. Ben, the GT-R tech, was outstanding. You can tell he knows these cars inside and out and takes real pride in his work. Garrett in service was equally impressive. Professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on customer service. Both of them were a class act. One thing I really appreciated was the setup of the shop itself. Being able to watch your vehicle being worked on through the glass partition is a really cool feature and gives a lot of reassurance as an owner, especially with a specialty car like a GT-R. What made the experience even better was how fair and transparent they were with pricing. Another local Nissan dealership tried to seriously overcharge me, but Nissan Cape Coral treated me honestly and gave me a fair price without any games. Excellent service, professionalism, transparency, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended if you care about your car and want it treated the right way.

5/8/2026.... I want to thank Raphael for tracking down a Rogue that checks almost all the boxes for what I wanted in my next vehicle. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I visited this dealership ready to purchase a vehicle and expected a professional, straightforward experience. I met with the General Manager, and we reached a handshake agreement on the price. Based on that discussion, I was prepared to move forward with the purchase. However, after speaking with the finance manager, he returned visibly upset and suddenly increased the agreed offer by $1,500. His attitude changed completely, and the interaction felt manipulative, unprofessional, and dishonest. What disappointed me most was that this behavior came from the General Manager, who should be setting the standard for customer service and integrity. Instead of treating a serious buyer with respect, he chose to play games and let a ready customer walk out the door. This was my first visit to the dealership, and because of this experience, it will also be my last. I hope ownership reviews how customers are treated and understands that trust an Update to my original review: After my original review, Blake, the General Manager at Nissan of Cape Coral, personally responded and became involved in resolving my concerns. I want to clarify that Blake was not the individual who mistreated me during my visit. It was a sales manager whose name I unfortunately do not know. I appreciate that Blake took the time to contact me directly and work toward correcting the situation. He also offered to hold a 2026 Nissan Sentra with under 10,000 miles for me and stated he would make me an offer that would restore my confidence in doing business with the dealership. I am currently waiting for his follow-up call and hopeful he will prove to be a man of his word. I also apologize to Blake for any misunderstanding in my original review regarding who was responsible for my negative experience. That said, I still believe management should address how customers are treated during the sales process. If Blake follows through on everything discussed, including helping me purchase the Sentra under fair terms, then in my opinion it would say a lot about his leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am also having my Altima inspected tomorrow and hope all promised repairs and work were completed properly since Blake personally became involved. Thank you, Blake, for stepping in and handling this like a good General Manager should. d professionalism matter just as much as price.

I just purchased a used 2021 BMW 530i M Sport from Nissan of Cape Coral, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the process felt smooth and professional. My salesman, Kyle Williams, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, and genuinely seemed focused on helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly for the market. Kyle made the test drive and decision process easy, and I appreciated how transparent he was throughout. When it came time for financing, Corey, the finance manager, was equally great to work with. He explained everything clearly, walked me through my options without any pressure, and made sure I understood all the details before signing. The paperwork process was efficient and straightforward, which made the final steps stress-free. Overall, the team at Nissan of Cape Coral delivered a smooth, honest, and professional car-buying experience. **Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.

Mike was my sales guy who was amazing. Anthony was the head honcho that got me to my final price and Ray took real good care of me with all the financial stuff. Overall was a little rocky at first which every dealership does with pricing, but everything eventually got to exactly where I wanted and needed. When I went into Nissan of Cape Coral I was DEAD SET on a new platinum Rogue. When numbers came back a tad higher than what I was comfortable with I was ready to walk out. BUT thanks to Kyle, my knowledgeable salesman, I left Nissan Cape Coral in my brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue Dark Armor.
