Being a customer at this dealership was a great experience! Here’s a quick story about my experience, I was previously at the dealership before but I didn’t spend much time for them to sit down and actually work with me but when I came back and Ran into Kenneth again. He provided me with excellent customer service and worked me the BEST deal imaginable. Since I was on a fixed income, I didn’t have any room at all to negotiate my budget and they worked very hard to get me exactly where I needed to be. I could not be more grateful to get into ally New Car. A 2023 Nissan Sentra with 50k miles and a beautiful interior. Also a premium package! Beautiful car. The process was smooth, professional, and efficient — I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and fifteen minutes. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable Aaron was about the vehicle. He took the time to walk me through the features, set everything up, and even connected two phones before I left. I drove on to the lot to look at a frontier pick up. Kyle came out right away and asked if I had any questions. Kyle was very helpful and answered all my questions and worked hard to make the deal work out. We ended up staying there most of the afternoon, but ended up driving home with a new frontier pick up. I recently brought my GT-R into Nissan of Cape Coral for an oil change, and the experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish. I’m extremely selective about who works on my GT-R, and the team here completely earned my trust. Ben, the GT-R tech, was outstanding. You can tell he knows these cars inside and out and takes real pride in his work. Garrett in service was equally impressive. Professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on customer service. Both of them were a class act. One thing I really appreciated was the setup of the shop itself. Being able to watch your vehicle being worked on through the glass partition is a really cool feature and gives a lot of reassurance as an owner, especially with a specialty car like a GT-R. What made the experience even better was how fair and transparent they were with pricing. Another local Nissan dealership tried to seriously overcharge me, but Nissan Cape Coral treated me honestly and gave me a fair price without any games. Excellent service, professionalism, transparency, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended if you care about your car and want it treated the right way.
