5/8/2026.... I want to thank Raphael for tracking down a Rogue that checks almost all the boxes for what I wanted in my next vehicle. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. This is my 4th Rogue in 6 years, and I’ve worked with Nissan of Cape Coral for all four. Nothing wrong with any of them — I just like something new. Shout‑out to Danny for his help as well, and to the manager, Anthony, for coming over to meet me. Kudos to Nacho in finance for navigating a brand‑new computer system with patience and professionalism. I must say, every interaction I’ve had with the team at Nissan of Cape Coral has been outstanding. Their customer service is consistently the best I’ve experienced with any business I’ve stayed loyal to for this long. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Just wanted to thank Ryan Weeks for being such a pleasure to work with buying a car. He was very patient and got me the deal I asked for, Sutherlin Nissan is great. 3/8/2024....I also want to thank Aaron and Quinton in helping me with a missing accessory for my Rogue. My service advisor is the best! Oz has always helped me with smile on his face.

I visited this dealership ready to purchase a vehicle and expected a professional, straightforward experience. I met with the General Manager, and we reached a handshake agreement on the price. Based on that discussion, I was prepared to move forward with the purchase. However, after speaking with the finance manager, he returned visibly upset and suddenly increased the agreed offer by $1,500. His attitude changed completely, and the interaction felt manipulative, unprofessional, and dishonest. What disappointed me most was that this behavior came from the General Manager, who should be setting the standard for customer service and integrity. Instead of treating a serious buyer with respect, he chose to play games and let a ready customer walk out the door. This was my first visit to the dealership, and because of this experience, it will also be my last. I hope ownership reviews how customers are treated and understands that trust an Update to my original review: After my original review, Blake, the General Manager at Nissan of Cape Coral, personally responded and became involved in resolving my concerns. I want to clarify that Blake was not the individual who mistreated me during my visit. It was a sales manager whose name I unfortunately do not know. I appreciate that Blake took the time to contact me directly and work toward correcting the situation. He also offered to hold a 2026 Nissan Sentra with under 10,000 miles for me and stated he would make me an offer that would restore my confidence in doing business with the dealership. I am currently waiting for his follow-up call and hopeful he will prove to be a man of his word. I also apologize to Blake for any misunderstanding in my original review regarding who was responsible for my negative experience. That said, I still believe management should address how customers are treated during the sales process. If Blake follows through on everything discussed, including helping me purchase the Sentra under fair terms, then in my opinion it would say a lot about his leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am also having my Altima inspected tomorrow and hope all promised repairs and work were completed properly since Blake personally became involved. Thank you, Blake, for stepping in and handling this like a good General Manager should. d professionalism matter just as much as price.

I had an amazing experience today, I drove all the way from Naples to check this car out, I had been looking all over the place for a brand new Nissan Z. Thankfully I had Juliette Arias and Oscar Suarez helping me in this process. When it came down to breaking everything down for me to understand perfectly they did an amazing job. Thanks to them, I was able to trade my car in for an amazing price and I was able to get my hands on this brand new Nissan Z. Everyone at the dealer was so friendly. The service department was exceptional. While I was waiting on my vehicle to get serviced, one of the salesmen asked if they could get me a complimentary coffee or water. My service was done within the time the service guy told me. I just purchased a used 2021 BMW 530i M Sport from Nissan of Cape Coral, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the process felt smooth and professional. My salesman, Kyle Williams, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, and genuinely seemed focused on helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly for the market. Kyle made the test drive and decision process easy, and I appreciated how transparent he was throughout. When it came time for financing, Corey, the finance manager, was equally great to work with. He explained everything clearly, walked me through my options without any pressure, and made sure I understood all the details before signing. **Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.

We had an amazing experience working with Josue at Nissan of Cape Coral. He truly went above and beyond for us from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when trying to stay within a budget, but Josue made the whole process feel easy. He took the time to work with us, understand what we needed, and somehow managed to get our monthly payment even lower than we anticipated, which honestly meant so much to us. He was patient, straightforward, and never made us feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Buyer BEWARE...the sales person was excellent. However the finance side, general manager and registration transfer was and still is a nightmare...very unprofessional. First, we were approved by our bank at a 6+% interest rate, and our sales person met with internal dealership finance and returned to tell us that (and in writing) that the dealership financial institutional Ally Bank) could match our banks rate...after agreeing to a purchase price, I waited over two hours to meet with the finance rep., the dealership closing and I requested to come in the next day and finish the paperwork, but Nacho assured me that it was not a problem to complete the paperwork...Nacho rushed me through the paperwork and this is where he was able to get past me an interest TWO PERCENT higher than our bank. I called and spoke with our sales rep and he agreed that we were approved at the 6% rate and promised to look into and he recommended that I call and/or meet with Nacho. I called Nacho three times and stopped in the dealership and he never called or met with me. I emailed and called the general manager and he never called me back and never replied to my emails. Moreover, making matters worse, the dealership never notified motor vehicle services of the registration transfer and all of our vehicle registrations were suspended for proof of no insurance. In closing, we have purchased several vehicles since 1979 and I have never dealt with any seller or dealership that is so unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE!

Overall I’ve got to say that this was the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a vehicle. At first I was a bit skeptical since I was driving from all the way in Naples. Travis Gordon is an asset to the dealership! We went to many other dealerships and Travis was the one who finally got us financed within our budget!! He’s great and I will recommend him and Nissan of Cape Coral to everyone! Edited to add: I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! A few days after we purchased our used car here, I was hearing a noise and I was very worried about it. I contacted Travis who told me to bring it in right away and within a couple hours, they had the issue fixed and Communicated with us every step of the way!
