Daniel A. Nissan of Cape Coral and I have been working to get me set up with a new truck for a while now. This dude has been awesome and patient with me as a work through my financial issues that were holding me back from my new purchase. Today I was finally able to trade in my previous Nissan frontier for a brand new 2025 Frontier. Inflation pushed my budget just a little bit over what I really wanted but between him and management we were able to make a deal today. I really appreciate all the work that Daniel A. has done for me and his continued communication over the past few months keeping me informed and aware of deals that would be available to me.

I had a great experience from the moment I pulled into the dealership. I was greeted by Landy who answered my questions and then directed me to Aaron Kniffin, sales, who is a true professional and extremely personal as well. No high pressure sales tactics, as a result I purchased a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder AWD Platinum. I worked with Ray Alice, finance, who is equally professional and personal and again, no pressure. This is the first time I ever walked into a dealership just to browse and walked out with a brand new SUV. I've met several other staff members and everyone here is really great!

Brought my Nissan in for scheduled maintenence. Service Advisor (Michael) and staff were awesome. Dealership is clean, bright and modern. Being able to watch your vehicle being worked on via the glass partition is a plus. Hassle free and enjoyable! We'll done, Nissan of Cape Coral.

Danny Saenz was exceptional! He helped us select the correct car our previous sales guys never let us test drive the car we bought and a month later we realized it didn’t have any of the features we needed, so we looked online and came across Danny Saenz at Nissan of Cape Coral and he helped us select the exact car we wanted and even came with us to our home and helped us rearrange the garage in efforts to make sure the new pathfinder had space. 5/8/2026.... I want to thank Raphael for tracking down a Rogue that checks almost all the boxes for what I wanted in my next vehicle. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. This is my 4th Rogue in 6 years, and I’ve worked with Nissan of Cape Coral for all four. Nothing wrong with any of them — I just like something new. Shout‑out to Danny for his help as well, and to the manager, Anthony, for coming over to meet me. I visited this dealership ready to purchase a vehicle and expected a professional, straightforward experience. I met with the General Manager, and we reached a handshake agreement on the price. Based on that discussion, I was prepared to move forward with the purchase. However, after speaking with the finance manager, he returned visibly upset and suddenly increased the agreed offer by $1,500. His attitude changed completely, and the interaction felt manipulative, unprofessional, and dishonest. What disappointed me most was that this behavior came from the General Manager, who should be setting the standard for customer service and integrity. Instead of treating a serious buyer with respect, he chose to play games and let a ready customer walk out the door. This was my first visit to the dealership, and because of this experience, it will also be my last. I hope ownership reviews how customers are treated and understands that trust an Update to my original review: After my original review, Blake, the General Manager at Nissan of Cape Coral, personally responded and became involved in resolving my concerns. I want to clarify that Blake was not the individual who mistreated me during my visit. It was a sales manager whose name I unfortunately do not know. I appreciate that Blake took the time to contact me directly and work toward correcting the situation. He also offered to hold a 2026 Nissan Sentra with under 10,000 miles for me and stated he would make me an offer that would restore my confidence in doing business with the dealership. I am currently waiting for his follow-up call and hopeful he will prove to be a man of his word. I also apologize to Blake for any misunderstanding in my original review regarding who was responsible for my negative experience. That said, I still believe management should address how customers are treated during the sales process. If Blake follows through on everything discussed, including helping me purchase the Sentra under fair terms, then in my opinion it would say a lot about his leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am also having my Altima inspected tomorrow and hope all promised repairs and work were completed properly since Blake personally became involved. Thank you, Blake, for stepping in and handling this like a good General Manager should. d professionalism matter just as much as price.

I had an amazing experience today, I drove all the way from Naples to check this car out, I had been looking all over the place for a brand new Nissan Z. Everyone at the dealer was so friendly. The service department was exceptional. While I was waiting on my vehicle to get serviced, one of the salesmen asked if they could get me a complimentary coffee or water. My service was done within the time the service guy told me. I will return for all my services!

I just purchased a used 2021 BMW 530i M Sport from Nissan of Cape Coral, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the process felt smooth and professional. My salesman, Kyle Williams, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, and genuinely seemed focused on helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly for the market. Kyle made the test drive and decision process easy, and I appreciated how transparent he was throughout. When it came time for financing, Corey, the finance manager, was equally great to work with. He explained everything clearly, walked me through my options without any pressure, and made sure I understood all the details before signing. The paperwork process was efficient and straightforward, which made the final steps stress-free. **Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.
