Danny saenz sold me a car that was faulty, the engine was no good and Instead of blowing me off he treated me with the highest level of customer service ever, him and his team placed me in a different car that was actually good and not faulty they took care of me and they did the right thing, this dealership does good business and that's something that I wanted to share with everyone who thinks about buying a car here amazing great experience!

Truly enjoyed our Pathfinder buying experience! Josh Salas and Daniel Guelho are amazing! We came to Nissan of Cape Coral to have our 2019 Murano's oil changed and fell in love with the Pathfinder on the showroom floor. From our first point of contact with Zack, to Leo and his manager Peter, they made the car buying process seamless. We went to Nissan of Cape Coral to get my daughter a car. We worked with Michael Levesque. He made our purchase a great experience. Two days later our car wouldn't start and we took it back. They gave us a new battery, 2 new front tires and front brakes. I will definitely be going there the next time I need a new car. Great company and salesman!

I drove on to the lot to look at a frontier pick up. Kyle came out right away and asked if I had any questions. Kyle was very helpful and answered all my questions and worked hard to make the deal work out. We ended up staying there most of the afternoon, but ended up driving home with a new frontier pick up. I recently brought my GT-R into Nissan of Cape Coral for an oil change, and the experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish. I’m extremely selective about who works on my GT-R, and the team here completely earned my trust. Ben, the GT-R tech, was outstanding. You can tell he knows these cars inside and out and takes real pride in his work. Garrett in service was equally impressive. Professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on customer service. Both of them were a class act. One thing I really appreciated was the setup of the shop itself. Being able to watch your vehicle being worked on through the glass partition is a really cool feature and gives a lot of reassurance as an owner, especially with a specialty car like a GT-R. What made the experience even better was how fair and transparent they were with pricing. Another local Nissan dealership tried to seriously overcharge me, but Nissan Cape Coral treated me honestly and gave me a fair price without any games. Excellent service, professionalism, transparency, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended if you care about your car and want it treated the right way.
