As senior citizens, my husband and I have gone on many automobile buying expeditions – some good & some bad – but always stressful – UNTIL we met the people at CAPE CORAL NISSAN. If you want a “no stress” experience, we suggest you pay them a visit. From the time we entered the showroom until we happily drove away in our new 2026 Nissan Rogue, we found great people who were honestly interested in our needs. From the selection of the model with the available options to the generous and fair trade-in offer and the quicker than expected written financing presentation, we felt valued and appreciated as customers. Everyone we encountered during this process made the whole experience painless and smooth. Our satisfaction with our purchase process did not end there. New cars come with many “Tech” features that can be overwhelming to us “old folks”. Our dynamic duo sales team (Aaron Kniffin and Kyle Williams) took the time to provide an introductory ‘’training session”. Since then, they have been available multiple times with excellent phone support. CAPE CORAL NISSAN – customer service at its best

A huge. HUGE. Shoutout to Daniel A., Daniel G., and Ray!!! I went in with my heart set on what I wanted. The customer service I received was top notch. They hustled to get me exactly what needed to be done in order for me to feel comfortable and confident in trading in with them! They all made me (and my 1 y/o son) feel right at home. They took such great care of us. All three of these gentleman made the process quick, easy, and smooth. Thanks to all again for all of your help, you guys truly are awesome!

I drove on to the lot to look at a frontier pick up. Kyle came out right away and asked if I had any questions. I recently brought my GT-R into Nissan of Cape Coral for an oil change, and the experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish. I’m extremely selective about who works on my GT-R, and the team here completely earned my trust. Ben, the GT-R tech, was outstanding. You can tell he knows these cars inside and out and takes real pride in his work. Garrett in service was equally impressive. Professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on customer service. Both of them were a class act. One thing I really appreciated was the setup of the shop itself. Being able to watch your vehicle being worked on through the glass partition is a really cool feature and gives a lot of reassurance as an owner, especially with a specialty car like a GT-R. What made the experience even better was how fair and transparent they were with pricing. Another local Nissan dealership tried to seriously overcharge me, but Nissan Cape Coral treated me honestly and gave me a fair price without any games. Excellent service, professionalism, transparency, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended if you care about your car and want it treated the right way.
