I had such a great experience at this Nissan of Cape Coral! Travis went above and beyond to get me into a new, safe car that fit my needs. He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, listened to what I was looking for, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I also really appreciate Nacho for helping with the financing and making that part of the process smooth and easy. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I never felt like I was being rushed or overlooked. Overall, it was a great, fast, and stress-free experience. I’m very happy with my purchase and so thankful to Travis and Nacho for all their help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle! 🚗

Melissa, my Service Advisor, has been absolutely amazing since I met her two years ago! She always makes sure everything is working properly and that I’m completely satisfied before I leave, and she even follows up afterward to make sure everything is still going well. Her customer service and communication are truly exceptional. I highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for outstanding service! I also want to recognize Blake, the GM. We stopped into the dealership just to test drive vehicles. Michael met us with great energy and politeness. He was not overbearing, but also wanted to make sure I knew what I wanted. We ended up being at another dealership several weeks later. But I had a relationship with Michael before and I immediately called him up on the phone and he without question beat the other dealerships prices and even then some. The whole team at the dealership were awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people or better dealership to buy with.

After having my Nissan serviced for many years at Nissan of Fort Myers, I began taking it to Nissan of Cape Coral when Sutherlin sold the Fort Myers dealership and no longer offered waiter service. I am so glad I changed. Service Advisor Michael Landis is top-notch and five stars in every capacity from friendly professionalism to effective communication. It's more than worth the drive for me.

Just because a NISSAN dealership couldn’t properly diagnose a DODGE doesn’t make them a one star dealership. People are quick to judge based on one review, but you rarely get the full story. I can almost guarantee this team did everything they could to help. Sometimes a vehicle needs brand specific expertise, and that doesn’t mean the staff didn’t try their hardest. There’s always another side to the story before writing off an entire dealership over a single experience.

Trustworthy dealership! Dont believe all the 1 star reviews here, in fact, if you pay attention, they are all done the same day, so it is a disgruntled customer who has looped in his friends to all make 1 star reviews. Some of them didn't even get the name of the general manager correct. This place is always clean. The employees are always friendly. Michael L. in Service is my go to. He is knowledgeable and honest. He returns calls when he says he will. I will always bring my vehicle back to this dealership!

I went into the dealership to get my daughter’s car serviced for the first time . I was under the impression she had a free oil change . The service department checked and said no they did not see any notes and gave me a discount instead.Mr. Rivas was so kind to do this . I was still frustrated and wrote a rude review on the sales man . Well I should not of jumped so quick to put him down . He fixed the problem and refunded me the money .Honored the oil change . Can I tell you how kind this man was on the phone and he said he wished he was called ,cause he was off that day . Lesson learned slow down and wait before I make a bad review . Especially on a good man like Aaron. My daughter told me what a kind salesperson he was and she was right .

This is my THIRD vehicle trade in at Cape Coral Nissan. I primarily worked with John "Rocket" Jolly and this dude was a perfect match for my style. He was personable, acknowledged and understood my needs in a vehicle and what I was trying to accomplish financially. No real pressure, no B.S. and was advocating for ME, as a customer, rather than his commission. I am an old sales dude and I HATE being sold TO. I want a sales dude/ dudette that listens to what I want and any concerns that I may have and this young man did just that. I went in just two weeks prior and could not come to a deal. He told me he would keep an eye out for future possibilities and called me the morning he had something figured out; nearly two weeks to the day after our last conversation. The dealership had him partnered with another rep who was trying to upgrade me, but John stayed by my side and pressed for more of what I was looking for. After only 3 hours or so of looking at Frontier models and arduous (yet fun) negotiations, we did manage to come to a deal that was perfect for me. I got a new truck that had ALL of my "wants," and a handful of "would be nice to haves," and a couple of "one day, I'll be able to afford these" features and add-ons for a better than acceptable price. My negotiations opponent was a worthy adversary. That said, They did respect my time, energy, and my willingness to be a repeat customer. "Rocket" was my man through the entire process and I will tell you this, if you want a car sales guy that won't pander, BS, or do that patronizing fake sales dude routine, THIS IS YOUR GUY. I like dealing with people I can trust. Went from a 2025 Frontier SV King Cab (without many features) to 2026 Frontier Crew Cab (with almost everything!) For reference; My 2025 king cab didn't have motorized mirror adjustment thing, I had to reach across the seat with my widow squeegee to adjust mirrors and for some reason this just really annoyed me. I mean WHAT vehicle after 2000 DOESN'T have this simple feature????

We stopped into the dealership just to test drive vehicles. Michael met us with great energy and politeness. He was not overbearing, but also wanted to make sure I knew what I wanted. We ended up being at another dealership several weeks later. But I had a relationship with Michael before and I immediately called him up on the phone and he without question beat the other dealerships prices and even then some. The whole team at the dealership were awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people or better dealership to buy with.

Just because a NISSAN dealership couldn’t properly diagnose a DODGE doesn’t make them a one star dealership. People are quick to judge based on one review, but you rarely get the full story. I can almost guarantee this team did everything they could to help. Sometimes a vehicle needs brand specific expertise, and that doesn’t mean the staff didn’t try their hardest. There’s always another side to the story before writing off an entire dealership over a single experience.

Trustworthy dealership! Dont believe all the 1 star reviews here, in fact, if you pay attention, they are all done the same day, so it is a disgruntled customer who has looped in his friends to all make 1 star reviews. Some of them didn't even get the name of the general manager correct. This place is always clean. The employees are always friendly. Michael L. in Service is my go to. He is knowledgeable and honest. He returns calls when he says he will. I will always bring my vehicle back to this dealership!

I went into the dealership to get my daughter’s car serviced for the first time . I was under the impression she had a free oil change . The service department checked and said no they did not see any notes and gave me a discount instead.Mr. Rivas was so kind to do this . I was still frustrated and wrote a rude review on the sales man . Well I should not of jumped so quick to put him down . He fixed the problem and refunded me the money .Honored the oil change . Can I tell you how kind this man was on the phone and he said he wished he was called ,cause he was off that day . Lesson learned slow down and wait before I make a bad review . Especially on a good man like Aaron. My daughter told me what a kind salesperson he was and she was right .

This is my THIRD vehicle trade in at Cape Coral Nissan. I primarily worked with John "Rocket" Jolly and this dude was a perfect match for my style. He was personable, acknowledged and understood my needs in a vehicle and what I was trying to accomplish financially. No real pressure, no B.S. and was advocating for ME, as a customer, rather than his commission. I am an old sales dude and I HATE being sold TO. I want a sales dude/ dudette that listens to what I want and any concerns that I may have and this young man did just that. I went in just two weeks prior and could not come to a deal. He told me he would keep an eye out for future possibilities and called me the morning he had something figured out; nearly two weeks to the day after our last conversation. The dealership had him partnered with another rep who was trying to upgrade me, but John stayed by my side and pressed for more of what I was looking for. After only 3 hours or so of looking at Frontier models and arduous (yet fun) negotiations, we did manage to come to a deal that was perfect for me. I got a new truck that had ALL of my "wants," and a handful of "would be nice to haves," and a couple of "one day, I'll be able to afford these" features and add-ons for a better than acceptable price. My negotiations opponent was a worthy adversary. That said, They did respect my time, energy, and my willingness to be a repeat customer. "Rocket" was my man through the entire process and I will tell you this, if you want a car sales guy that won't pander, BS, or do that patronizing fake sales dude routine, THIS IS YOUR GUY. I like dealing with people I can trust. Went from a 2025 Frontier SV King Cab (without many features) to 2026 Frontier Crew Cab (with almost everything!) For reference; My 2025 king cab didn't have motorized mirror adjustment thing, I had to reach across the seat with my widow squeegee to adjust mirrors and for some reason this just really annoyed me. I mean WHAT vehicle after 2000 DOESN'T have this simple feature????
