I visited this dealership ready to purchase a vehicle and expected a professional, straightforward experience. I met with the General Manager, and we reached a handshake agreement on the price. Based on that discussion, I was prepared to move forward with the purchase. However, after speaking with the finance manager, he returned visibly upset and suddenly increased the agreed offer by $1,500. His attitude changed completely, and the interaction felt manipulative, unprofessional, and dishonest. What disappointed me most was that this behavior came from the General Manager, who should be setting the standard for customer service and integrity. Instead of treating a serious buyer with respect, he chose to play games and let a ready customer walk out the door. This was my first visit to the dealership, and because of this experience, it will also be my last. I hope ownership reviews how customers are treated and understands that trust an Update to my original review: After my original review, Blake, the General Manager at Nissan of Cape Coral, personally responded and became involved in resolving my concerns. I want to clarify that Blake was not the individual who mistreated me during my visit. It was a sales manager whose name I unfortunately do not know. I appreciate that Blake took the time to contact me directly and work toward correcting the situation. He also offered to hold a 2026 Nissan Sentra with under 10,000 miles for me and stated he would make me an offer that would restore my confidence in doing business with the dealership. I am currently waiting for his follow-up call and hopeful he will prove to be a man of his word. I also apologize to Blake for any misunderstanding in my original review regarding who was responsible for my negative experience. That said, I still believe management should address how customers are treated during the sales process. If Blake follows through on everything discussed, including helping me purchase the Sentra under fair terms, then in my opinion it would say a lot about his leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am also having my Altima inspected tomorrow and hope all promised repairs and work were completed properly since Blake personally became involved. Thank you, Blake, for stepping in and handling this like a good General Manager should. d professionalism matter just as much as price.

I’ll be honest, this started out rough. The truck I originally bought was constantly breaking down and the warranty had been sold to me incorrectly by the previous GM. I was frustrated and I said so on Facebook. Instead of ignoring it, Blake, the owner, personally called me. He listened, didn’t make excuses, and told me he wanted to make it right. That meant a lot. He offered to work a deal with me to get into a truck at cost and followed through. Shane was my sales rep and he was great the entire process. Straightforward, patient, and never pushy. He worked the numbers with me and kept everything clear. They gave me $19,000 for my trade when it realistically valued closer to $11k, which completely changed the deal. I was paying $700 before and now I’m at $800 a month. Only a $100 difference and I’m in a Ram 2500 Cummins diesel. That’s a major upgrade for a small payment increase. What started as frustration turned into a great experience. Blake stepped up and Shane handled everything professionally. I appreciate them earning my business and making it right.
