I purchased a car from this dealership two years ago, and recently a toll company flagged that my license plate doesn’t match my registration. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the dealership for assistance, but every time I call, I’m told that management is unavailable or in a meeting. This lack of accountability and follow-through is incredibly disappointing, and I expected better customer service from a reputable dealership.

Ryan was a great and helpful sales man. I would not recommend financing though this dealership. Interest rate was extremely high for a excellent credit score. Do not let the financing department talk you into extra warranty packages. Very expensive. Read everything over carefully before signing anything. I felt very rushed through the process and should have walked away.

Carlos helped me find a car up to my finding and price range. He understood what I wanted and helped me. He was very patient and understanding.

Our car buying experience with Aaron was a pleasure. He took the time to answer our questions and introduced us to everyone we needed to meet. More importantly he did not pressure us into buying the car. We will likely return to him for our next car whether used or new. The service department has excellent customer service.

Bought a Car from here in August. Car is great. Customer service is not. Nacho in the Finance Department is very rude, hostile, discourteous, and unprofessional. Don’t do business here if you value respect, because “ Nacho” lacks it tremendously! Update: spoke to a sales manager who was also hostile. Asked for proof of purchase or where I could find a receipt ( as I am not a car salesman and don’t know the proper terminology) was met with “ we don’t do receipts .” Then asked for paper work. “ I don’t know where your paperwork is.” Then after more attitude the “manager” stated “ I only started here in October.” But magically hours later we got exactly the paper work we needed. Which was the “ buyers order” so sorry “manager” I called it a receipt. Service department is great but the Customer service of these finance people over shadow everything. They don’t know how to speak to customers and fail to mention their names conveniently.

We drove up in the car and Chad greeted us. He was very charming but professional . He asked me all the right questions first thing! Bottom line I trusted him enough to buy a car. I swore I would never step in this dealer ship again! even if they offered me a free car of my choice. The worst experience I ever had 4 years ago. GO. BLUE!!

Walked into Nissan to take a look at the new Murano Platinum. Cody and Daniel did a great sales job, with a little effort i was able to drive a new Murano home.

We are very disappointed with the car we purchased and Nissan dealerships of Cape Coral. It had many problems with the car from the start. I do not believe an inspection of the car was done at all. We tried walking away from the deal 3 times and felt pressured to buy the car. The first 2 week of owing the car I went back to the dealership with issues that should have been taken care of during the inspection. Head lights not working , tires loosing air and a few other issue. I Called today with an issue the lift gate strut exploded and shot out of the car right as I open the gate . It sounded like a gunshot. Luckily I had just moved out of the way right before it happened. It flew about 8 feet across the yard. I called and spoke to the Manager Anthony D who was very rude and not helpful at all.I could not get a word in. I was extremely upset rightly so. I would steer clear of this dealers ship.

Absolutely horrible service department experience!!! My wife setup an appointment @ 2pm for an oil change and a recall. She got there at 150pm. Car was taken and things were off to a good start until over an hour later she noticed the car was no longer in the shop. Inquired as to what was happening and was told that they service advisor was waiting on the paper work. Just a little after two hours in she was called and was told the car was done however they can't do the recall as they don't have the part in stock (why even waste her time asking what the recall is when they didn't do anything to be ready for it when scheduling the appointment). Once it came time to pay they gave her a survey she gave them a 7 out of 10 and the lady didn't even let her finish it and just took it back. Over 2 hours for just an oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT is just unacceptable. I cannot see us coming back here for service again after the recall.
