Great experience. I started looking online on a Tuesday, I was in my new Nissan the next day. Mike Miller was great to communicate with & very knowledgeable. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely quick and easy. This is my 2nd purchase from Nissan. Nacho worked the numbers on the financing, again, and I am happy in my brand new SUV after trading in my car. 5 stars.

This is my second time in 3 years pursuing a car from this specific Nissan dealership and when I say they’re the BEST I mean it. Aaron specifically is the sweeter and amazing. He works hard for his clients and I appreciate that very much. Management altogether is great. They don’t force or push like other salesman. They listen and meet you where you are. I love them!

I had a great experience here! D’Marcus was incredible in helping me trade in my car for an amazing upgrade! He was very thorough in explaining the new technology and what to expect with the car, which helped me immensely as I was originally confused with the newer features. Nacho in the finance department was also incredible and ensured that the transition in loans was very smooth and that I was informed on all my options. 10/10 would recommend this dealership!

We recently purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition from Aaron at Nissan of Cape Coral about a month ago, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Aaron was professional, patient, and truly made the process easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with every step and that we got a great deal. We were so happy with how everything went that we’re heading back tomorrow to buy a 2021 Ford F-150 from him! It’s rare to find a salesperson you genuinely trust, but Aaron has definitely earned our loyalty. Everyone at the dealer was so friendly. The service department was exceptional. While I was waiting on my vehicle to get serviced, one of the salesmen asked if they could get me a complimentary coffee or water. My service was done within the time the service guy told me. I will return for all my services!

I just purchased a used 2021 BMW 530i M Sport from Nissan of Cape Coral, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the process felt smooth and professional. My salesman, Kyle Williams, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. **Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.

He took the time to work with us, understand what we needed, and somehow managed to get our monthly payment even lower than we anticipated, which honestly meant so much to us. Mike was my sales guy who was amazing. Anthony was the head honcho that got me to my final price and Ray took real good care of me with all the financial stuff. Overall was a little rocky at first which every dealership does with pricing, but everything eventually got to exactly where I wanted and needed. When I went into Nissan of Cape Coral I was DEAD SET on a new platinum Rogue. When numbers came back a tad higher than what I was comfortable with I was ready to walk out. BUT thanks to Kyle, my knowledgeable salesman, I left Nissan Cape Coral in my brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue Dark Armor.
