I’ve had more than my fair share of headaches with Nissan when it comes to servicing my vehicle. I’ve dealt with multiple repairs that have left me without my car for days and even weeks at a time, and in the past I often felt brushed off or not taken seriously by other service advisors. Maria is the first advisor I’ve worked with who has truly made a difference. She listens, treats me like a person, and genuinely takes my concerns seriously. No matter what’s going on, she always makes sure I’m taken care of and never leaves me without a vehicle so I can get to my job. She has fit me in last minute on several occasions and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best care possible. Even when the situation is frustrating, Maria makes the process easier and less stressful. She is the reason I continue to service my car here!

Cody the salesman was as helpful as he can be he sold me my last vehicle as well, he was patient and understanding to my needs and budget. I did my finances with Raymond and he was also a very nice man, he listened and guided me in the right direction. Anthony my sales manager took very good care of me, he personally took the time to speak to me and walked me through the process. I would really recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I have never gotten such good treatment at any other dealership. I am so happy with my car and the service provided!

2025: Cape Coral Nissan has gone above and beyond this year. Michael is our go-to service advisor. Friendly, professional and communicative. He has taken care of our service needs at the highest level and we trust him and the service team. Cody was also extremely helpful in our recent trade-in and purchase for our upgraded Rogue Platinum! The promotional offers were honored without question, and he provided white glove service when it came down to test driving and contracting. He really made it a wonderful experience. Bottom line - The dream team is here! 2023: Excellent customer service and buying experience at Sutherland Cape Coral. Brandon greeted me and my husband outside and asked us about our wishlist. We test drove one car that checked all the boxes. Brandon showed us all the new features and helped us set up the Nissan app. Very friendly, informative and upfront with pricing including great deal on our trade-in. We highly recommend asking for Brandon if you’re looking for your new vehicle or dream car! Also, shout out to Ray and Dustin for helping us close out the deal with financing and pricing! We had a great car-buying experience today at the Nissan Cape Coral dealership with Cody Thompson. He was Johnny-on-the-spot right from the beginning. We had been looking around for a while, gearing toward downsizing from our premium Buick Enclave, which had served us well for over 10 years. We went into the dealership just to look at the Buick Envision not even expecting the dealership to be open let alone walking out with a new car! Cody worked closely with us, listened carefully, and helped us reach an agreement that met our exact expectations. Great job, Cody! **Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.

Mike was my sales guy who was amazing. Anthony was the head honcho that got me to my final price and Ray took real good care of me with all the financial stuff. Overall was a little rocky at first which every dealership does with pricing, but everything eventually got to exactly where I wanted and needed. They all went above and beyond to sell me my used car today highly recommended this dealership and amazing staff.

When I went into Nissan of Cape Coral I was DEAD SET on a new platinum Rogue. When numbers came back a tad higher than what I was comfortable with I was ready to walk out. BUT thanks to Kyle, my knowledgeable salesman, I left Nissan Cape Coral in my brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue Dark Armor.
