After a runaround with several other people there at Nissan service, Keith was able to easily direct me to the settings on my Nissan rogue so I could disable the foot sensor for the auto tailgate feature. Anyone else I talked to there did not know how to deal with it and told me it couldn’t be done. Way to go Keith. You should be promoted to management Because those in management now aren’t covering their weight

I am here making a purchase of the 2026 NISSAN Z HERITAGE EDITION and i have to say that the sales people (Oscar Suarez and Juliette Arias) did a great job explaining all of my questions. They really amazed me with the best service. They seem to be empathetic, trustworthy and professional and I would recommend anyone to come here and request to speak to them to get the best deal. Also The director of finances Nacho, he helped me to get the bank’s approval. I recommend you to request for him if you are trying to save money like i do. He is polite and detailed oriented. I feel safe when purchasing vehicles in this place. The energy is light.. I am giving you directions and you thank me later.

From start to finish he has been the most professional and personable sales rep we’ve ever dealt with. He answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns we had with ease. I just purchased a used 2021 BMW 530i M Sport from Nissan of Cape Coral, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the process felt smooth and professional. My salesman, Kyle Williams, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, and genuinely seemed focused on helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly for the market. Kyle made the test drive and decision process easy, and I appreciated how transparent he was throughout. When it came time for financing, Corey, the finance manager, was equally great to work with. **Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.
