This is the second time we purchased a car from Nissan of Cape Coral this year. Aaron is very personable and knowledgeable of the vehicles on their lot. We never felt pressured during either sale. Buyer BEWARE...the sales person was excellent. However the finance side, general manager and registration transfer was and still is a nightmare...very unprofessional. First, we were approved by our bank at a 6+% interest rate, and our sales person met with internal dealership finance and returned to tell us that (and in writing) that the dealership financial institutional Ally Bank) could match our banks rate...after agreeing to a purchase price, I waited over two hours to meet with the finance rep., the dealership closing and I requested to come in the next day and finish the paperwork, but Nacho assured me that it was not a problem to complete the paperwork...Nacho rushed me through the paperwork and this is where he was able to get past me an interest TWO PERCENT higher than our bank. I called and spoke with our sales rep and he agreed that we were approved at the 6% rate and promised to look into and he recommended that I call and/or meet with Nacho. I called Nacho three times and stopped in the dealership and he never called or met with me. I emailed and called the general manager and he never called me back and never replied to my emails. Moreover, making matters worse, the dealership never notified motor vehicle services of the registration transfer and all of our vehicle registrations were suspended for proof of no insurance. In closing, we have purchased several vehicles since 1979 and I have never dealt with any seller or dealership that is so unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE!

I just purchased a used 2021 BMW 530i M Sport from Nissan of Cape Coral, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the process felt smooth and professional. My salesman, Kyle Williams, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, and genuinely seemed focused on helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly for the market. Kyle made the test drive and decision process easy, and I appreciated how transparent he was throughout. When it came time for financing, Corey, the finance manager, was equally great to work with. He explained everything clearly, walked me through my options without any pressure, and made sure I understood all the details before signing. The paperwork process was efficient and straightforward, which made the final steps stress-free. Overall, the team at Nissan of Cape Coral delivered a smooth, honest, and professional car-buying experience. **Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.

Mike was my sales guy who was amazing. Anthony was the head honcho that got me to my final price and Ray took real good care of me with all the financial stuff. Overall was a little rocky at first which every dealership does with pricing, but everything eventually got to exactly where I wanted and needed. When I went into Nissan of Cape Coral I was DEAD SET on a new platinum Rogue. When numbers came back a tad higher than what I was comfortable with I was ready to walk out.
