I just purchased a used 2021 BMW 530i M Sport from Nissan of Cape Coral, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the process felt smooth and professional. My salesman, Kyle Williams, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, and genuinely seemed focused on helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly for the market. Kyle made the test drive and decision process easy, and I appreciated how transparent he was throughout. When it came time for financing, Corey, the finance manager, was equally great to work with. He explained everything clearly, walked me through my options without any pressure, and made sure I understood all the details before signing. The paperwork process was efficient and straightforward, which made the final steps stress-free. Overall, the team at Nissan of Cape Coral delivered a smooth, honest, and professional car-buying experience. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend giving them a visit and asking for Kyle and Corey.

**Update (April 2026):** I was able to connect with Clay, one of the managers, who resolved this matter within just a few days. I truly appreciate his prompt attention, sense of urgency, and understanding throughout the process. 5 stars for the resolution of this matter!! I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder from this dealership in the beginning of December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Pathfinder for it. Everything went okay until they told me they only had one key for the new car I was purchasing. I was then told it would be no problem for them to locate the second key and mail it to me since I live more than 2 hrs from them. I was okay with that as I too needed to mail them my second key — which I did promptly the next day. I stayed in contact with my salesman, Mike, until finally the second week of January (yes, over a month later) I received a second key! I was very happy until I realized it was for a completely different vehicle. So I called and spoke with a manager who said I could just bring the wrong key in and they could program it to my car. I explained to him that I live too far to come in for something like that. He then told me he would look for the other key and call me back to let me know the next step. I have not heard anything in 3 weeks. I’m happy with my car; I’m upset with this awful service as I provided a vehicle complete with 2 keys to them but they are unable to do the same for me.

Mike was my sales guy who was amazing. Anthony was the head honcho that got me to my final price and Ray took real good care of me with all the financial stuff. Overall was a little rocky at first which every dealership does with pricing, but everything eventually got to exactly where I wanted and needed. When I went into Nissan of Cape Coral I was DEAD SET on a new platinum Rogue. When numbers came back a tad higher than what I was comfortable with I was ready to walk out. No high pressure sales tactics, as a result I purchased a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder AWD Platinum. I worked with Ray Alice, finance, who is equally professional and personal and again, no pressure. This is the first time I ever walked into a dealership just to browse and walked out with a brand new SUV. I've met several other staff members and everyone here is really great!

I had an amazing experience with getting my car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Oscar he was able to talk in spanish to my family and I which was great. Danny Saenz was exceptional! He helped us select the correct car our previous sales guys never let us test drive the car we bought and a month later we realized it didn’t have any of the features we needed, so we looked online and came across Danny Saenz at Nissan of Cape Coral and he helped us select the exact car we wanted and even came with us to our home and helped us rearrange the garage in efforts to make sure the new pathfinder had space. Great pricing and great customer service here with Danny Saenz!

We purchased our 2023 Nissan Rogue SV at Nissan of Cape Coral Mike Miller did not dissapoint he walked us through every step of the process and was very respectful and walked us to our new vehicle hooked me up to my Bluetooth and showed me some of the features hands down the best experience and it is our second purchase at Nissan of Cape Coral he's definitely a keeper!

Keith Allen helped me find my car and I could not have gotten a better deal. They stayed open for me for 2 extra hours, while I contemplated. I have dealt with Nissan for the past 4- 4 and 1/2 years my first two visits were not the greatest experience, but I do have to say as of today 04/26/2025 they did a phenomenal job. I have to thank Clay the manager, Luis Ferrer, Daniel Guelho, and Ray for helping me. They were so accommodating. They let me drive the vehicle home and keep it overnight just to see if I was completely 100% on surekn purchasing the vehicle. They made everything easy and smooth for me. They were very understanding kind and compassionate and most helpful. I will continue to work with them and purchase my vehicles through them especially after today with all they did for me.
